INTRODUCTION

Rosuliz-10 contains rosuvastatin which belongs to a group of medicine called statins. It is used to treat high cholesterol levels and helps to prevent heart attack and stroke. Cholesterol is a fatty substance normally found in the bloodstream. When it gets built up in your blood vessels it may lead to narrowing of a blood vessel resulting in a heart attack or stroke.

A heart attack occurs when an artery supplying your heart with blood and oxygen becomes blocked. A stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of your brain is interrupted and prevent brain tissue from getting oxygen and nutrient. Low cholesterol levels can reduce the risk of having a heart attack, a stroke, or related health problems. Rosuliz-10 treat high cholesterol level and helps to prevent heart attack and stroke.

Always take Rosuliz-10 exactly as your doctor has told you. This medicine must be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. This medicine is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. Before taking this medicine talk to your doctor if you have any kidney, liver, or heart problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine. Diabetic patients should monitor their blood sugar levels while taking this medicine.
