This medicine works by binding to the fungal p450 enzymes and stops the cells from making ergosterol of the cell wall which is necessary for them to grow.
Apply for the medicine to the affected area or as directed by a physician. It is for external use only. It is recommended for use in children and adolescents. Do not take this medicine, if you have eye infections. It should be used in pregnant or breastfeeding women, consult your doctor before taking this medicine. Tell your doctor if you are using any of the other topical medicines. The most common side effects include burning sensation, irritation, and reddening of the skin.
